Product Safety & Use

Please read and follow all preparation, storage, and use directions provided with each product. Review the complete ingredient list before consuming, especially if you have food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions.

Products are prepared in a home kitchen where common allergens may be present or handled. While care is taken during preparation and packaging, cross-contact with allergens cannot be completely prevented.

Some products contain coffee and caffeine. Please review individual product descriptions, ingredient lists, and labels before consuming.

Customers are responsible for using products only as intended and following all provided preparation, storage, use, and safety instructions. Slow Morning Co. is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, failure to follow provided instructions or warnings, or use of a product for a purpose other than its intended use, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Simmer Pot Safety

Simmer pot kits are for fragrance use only and are **not intended for consumption**.

When using a simmer pot kit:

- Never leave a simmering pot or slow cooker unattended.
- Keep hot liquids, appliances, and cords out of reach of children and pets.
- Add water as needed during use.
- Never allow the pot or slow cooker to boil dry.
- Use only as directed.

Small-Batch Products

Slow Morning Co. products are made and packaged in small batches. Because many products are handmade, slight variations in appearance, size, color, or contents may occur.

Shipping & Local Pickup

Orders are prepared in small batches, and processing times may vary depending on order volume.

Local pickup is available for customers who select the local pickup option at checkout. Customers will receive additional pickup information when their order is ready.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Slow Morning Co. is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact Slow Morning Co. as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

Because of the nature of our products, opened or used products cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or there is another problem with your order, please contact Slow Morning Co. so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Cancellations may not be available once an order has been prepared or shipped.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.
